「知夢仁 お茶の水イン店」に行ってきました！
知夢仁（チムニー）は、ビジネスホテルの一角にある居酒屋で、ランチタイムは700円程度から食べることができます。
店名が煙突の当て字であるため、入りづらいという口コミもあるようです。
実際に入ってみると、店内は6割ほどの入りで、ビジネスマンや女性のひとり客など、さまざまなお客様で賑わっていました。
注文した魚定食は、鯖味噌煮。700円。ご飯大盛りは無料です。
また、ロースかつも600円と書いてあり、価格帯は全体的にかなり安いです。
ホール担当の女性は外国の方で、元気よく愛想もよく、お店の雰囲気をよくしてくれました。
注文した料理は、とても早く出てきました。
ごはん、お味噌汁、漬物、冷奴、ポテトサラダが付いていて、鯖味噌は味噌だれ漬けのような感じで濃いめでしたが、鯖ならではの味わいで安定していました。
ランチとしては十分なボリュームと味わいでした。
次回は、定番の生姜焼きを試してみたいと思います。
知夢仁は、居酒屋チェーンのチムニーの系列店であるため、安定した味わいと価格帯が魅力的です。
ランチタイム以外にも、夜には居酒屋メニューが楽しめるので、夜の利用も検討してみたいと思います。

Chimney is an izakaya located in a corner of a business hotel, and lunchtime meals start at around 700 yen.
It seems that some people say that it is difficult to enter because the store name is the phonetic equivalent of chimney.
When I actually entered the store, it was about 60% full and bustling with various customers such as businessmen and single female customers.
The fish set meal I ordered was simmered in mackerel miso. 700 yen. A large serving of rice is free.
Also, it says 600 yen for loin cutlet, and the price range is quite cheap overall.
The woman in charge of the hall was a foreigner, and she was energetic and friendly, and made the atmosphere of the store better.
The food we ordered came out very quickly.
It came with rice, miso soup, pickles, cold tofu, and potato salad.
It was enough volume and taste for lunch.
Next time, I would like to try the standard ginger grill.
Chimujin is an affiliated store of Chimney, an izakaya chain, so it is attractive for its stable taste and price range.
In addition to lunchtime, you can enjoy the izakaya menu at night, so I would like to consider using it at night.
