「手作り伊豆バウム」に行ってきました！
伊豆バウムとは、日本の伊豆半島にある町、伊豆市で作られる菓子の一つです。
伊豆バウムは、生地にバターと卵を使って作られ、砂糖とシナモンを加えて焼き上げられます。
伊豆市の伊豆バウムは、19世紀末にドイツ人のパティシエが伊豆に渡り、そこで作られた菓子が元となっていると言われています。
毎日お店でスタッフの方が焼き上げているので
出来立てのふわふわなバウムを食べる事ができます。
カップタイプもあるので手軽に海を見ながら食べることができます！

Izu Baum is one of the sweets made in Izu City, a town on the Izu Peninsula in Japan.
Izu Baum is made with butter and eggs in the batter, then baked with sugar and cinnamon.
