「波子そば逗子葉山店」に行ってきました。
京急「逗子・葉山駅」改札外
北口改札口出てすぐ
逗子・葉山駅から130m
「駅そばの割に、旨いな」を目指して、というコンセプトのお店！
京浜急行逗子・葉山駅北口改札横、駅そばのクオリティを超えたそば店です。
麺は横須賀の老舗「船食製麺」から毎朝届く、打ち立ての生麺を茹で上げ、出汁にこだわり、熟成に時間をかけた「枯れ節」を使用。「かつおぶしの池田屋」に配合を依頼した鰹節、サバ節、宗田節からそばのつゆを作っています。
Next to the ticket gate at the north exit of Hayama Station on the Keihin Kyuko Zushi, this is a soba restaurant that exceeds the quality of the station side.
The noodles are freshly made and delivered every morning from Yokosuka’s long-established Senshoku Seimen. We make soba sauce from dried bonito, mackerel, and soda flakes that we commissioned from Katsuobushi no Ikedaya.
