「パルファン洋菓子店工場」に行ってきました！
創業当時は梅園洋菓子店という店名でしたが、
今は、Parfumになりました！
Parfumの店名の由来は、「香水」
フランス語でParfum（パルファム）は香水の意味
を「パルファム」と変えて店名としたそうです！
こだわりの素材
ケーキに使用されるいちご、フレッシュクリームは純国産の製品を使用しています！
いちごは四国徳島県の農家から仕入れ、フルーツの焼き菓子には、自家製のドライフルーツを使用しています！
レーズン、オレンジ、レモン、無花果、クランベリーなど多種のフルーツを洋酒に一年間寝かし、味が染み込むまで漬け込んだドリアフルーツを贅沢に使っています！

The strawberries and fresh cream used in the cake use purely domestic products!
Strawberries are procured from farmers in Tokushima Prefecture, Shikoku, and homemade dried fruits are used for baked fruit!
A variety of fruits such as raisins, oranges, lemons, figs, cranberries, etc. are soaked in Western liquor for a year, and the doria fruit is used luxuriously!
