今回は、神奈川県川崎市にある「焼肉・韓国料理マダン」でのサムギョプサルの絶品体験をご紹介します。

ロケーションと雰囲気
工永ビル1階に佇むマダンは、外観からも韓国の雰囲気を感じさせるオシャレな店舗。
店内は広々としており、大小個室が用意されているため、プライベートな時間を楽しむことができます。
サムギョプサルの魅力
メニューを開くと、目に飛び込んできたのが「炙って旨い！新鮮ホルモン」。
これがまた絶品で、自家製の味噌ダレと絡み合い、口の中でとろけるような美味しさ。
特におすすめはサムギョプサル！脂身のバランスが絶妙で、焼きたての香りが食欲をそそります。
本場の味を堪能
料理長が韓国出身ということもあり、料理は本場そのもの。
48時間煮込んだコラーゲンたっぷりのテールスープも絶品で、その深い味わいは一度食べたら忘れられません。
ジャジャン麺もおすすめ
韓国ドラマでおなじみのジャジャン麺も食べてみると、もっちもちの麺と特製ソースの相性が抜群。
子どもからお年寄りまで、幅広い層に愛されること間違いなし！
プライベート空間で贅沢なひととき
店内には4名様までご利用いただける半個室のBOX席もあり、のれんを下げてプライベートな空間を演出。
デートに最適な雰囲気で、ゆったりとした時間を楽しむことができました。

This time, we would like to introduce you to the exquisite samgyeopsal experience at “Yakiniku/Korean Cuisine Madang” in Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
This restaurant, where you can enjoy authentic Korean flavors, stimulated my appetite!
location and atmosphere
Madan, located on the 1st floor of the Koei Building, is a stylish store that gives off a Korean atmosphere from its exterior.
The store is spacious and has private rooms of various sizes, so you can enjoy your private time.
The charm of samgyeopsal
When I opened the menu, what caught my eye was “Fresh offal is delicious when grilled!”
This is also an exquisite dish, intertwined with the homemade miso sauce, it melts in your mouth.
Especially recommended is samgyeopsal! The balance of fat is exquisite, and the aroma of freshly grilled meat whets the appetite.
Enjoy the authentic taste
The head chef is from Korea, so the food is authentic.
The collagen-rich tail soup that has been simmered for 48 hours is also exquisite, and once you try it, you will never forget its deep flavor.
Jajangmyeon is also recommended.
I also tried the jajangmyeon, which is familiar from Korean dramas, and found that the chewy noodles and special sauce went really well together.
It is sure to be loved by a wide range of people, from children to the elderly!
A luxurious moment in a private space
The store also has semi-private box seats that can accommodate up to 4 people, with curtains lowered to create a private space.
The atmosphere was perfect for a date and we were able to enjoy a relaxing time.
The samgyeopsal experience at “Yakiniku/Korean Cuisine Madang” was a blissful moment where you could truly experience the authentic taste of Korea.
