「仙臺たんや 利久 コレットマーレみなとみらい店」に行ってきました！
仙台の利休は、10年以上前から牛タンの炭火焼にこだわってきました。包丁一本で仕込み、熟成させた牛タンは、厚みがあり独特の食感と風味を追求し続けています。
このほかにも、地元の食材を使った料理や、各種アルコール類もご用意しています！
でも今回は、牛たんではなく、美味しそうな彩鮮やかな団子を買わせていただきました！
I went to “Sendai Tanya Rikyu Colette Mare Minatomirai”!
Rikyu in Sendai has been particular about charcoal-grilled beef tongue for over 10 years. The beef tongue is prepared and aged with a single kitchen knife, and we continue to pursue its unique texture and flavor.
In addition to this, we also offer dishes using local ingredients and various alcoholic beverages!
But this time, instead of beef tongue, I bought colorful dango that looked delicious!
